Little Legend

This painting comes out of a dream I had about our son, Legend Love Buckner, who we lost during the pregnancy on August 28, 2019. As the result, we do not have any family photos with him and at times I will dream about moments that we would be having with him at the current time. This is how I remember one of the dreams looking, and I wanted to capture it on canvas because although I can see it in my mind, I can only look at the moment if I bring it into the real world on a canvas.
