  • Couscous


Veggies

  • Broccoli
  • Spinach
  • Greens
  • Green Beans


Dinner
pick one of each

  • Steak
  • Tuna
  • Catfish
  • Perch
  • Baked Chicken Breast
  • Sushi

  • Brown rice

  • Asparagus
